Job description
Mechanical parts… you make them flawlessly based on an engineering drawing.
You always first delve into the drawing to avoid overlooking any detail.
You then set up the CNC machine and get going (milling).
You start up production and then monitor progress (pre-production, batch production, etc.)
You perform preventive or corrective basic maintenance on the machinery or equipment.
You adjust the tools for positioning and clamping workpieces.
You also mount and adjust cutting tools, position and clamp the piece, and then set the machining parameters (speed, progress, throughput, lubrication, etc.)
You program the machine based on the plan in CNC code.
You determine the various machining stages and adjustment values (tolerance, position, surface state, etc.) for the workpiece and tool.
Your profile
You can read an assembly drawing or plan.
You are comfortable working independently or in a team.
You are meticulous and keen to deliver the best quality.
You keep yourself and your colleagues safe due to your tidiness and cleanliness.
Experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
