As a Mechanical Designer, you are involved from the very beginning of a project. You help brainstorm conceptual solutions to resolve customer problems. You do so by working with a technical team at Revimaxx. After intensive training, your goal is to design a fully operational machine where you have fulfilled customer requirements. All machines are fully custom designed and built.
Job description
You devise concepts based on projects already completed or on existing solutions on the market.
You create machine designs in a parametric drawing package
You finalise the design by selecting and drawing in all necessary components (such as bearings, motors, etc.)
You hand over the project to a team of detail drafters.
You support the workshop when matters are not clear when assembling the machine.
Your profile
You obtained a technical master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
You see ‘through’ a machine and can dissect and understand mechanical issues very quickly when you spot them.
You are familiar with a parametric 3D package. (Inventor is a plus, but not a must.)
You are critical of yourself and look for a sound workable solution.
