Revimaxx puts bread on the table!

Are chips just a potato snack? Is a bus just a mode of transport? Is tapping just a type of dancing? These are the… bread-and-butter questions that Revimaxx asked potential newcomers a while back. For once, we didn’t use an agency or online advertisement, we used… a bread bag.

The rationale behind the remarkable action was simple, explained the enthusiastic Johan Van Meenen, Revimaxx’s business manager. ’Revimaxx is booming, so we’re looking for people who are at home with machining. As we’re looking for people in the Zele area, we can be sure they regularly go buy their own bread. So, we decided to work with a local baker.’

The specially printed bread bag managed to attract attention not only because of the typical eye-catching red-and-black Revimaxx house style, but also because of the way the bread buyer was addressed. ’Are chips just a potato snack? Is a bus just a mode of transport? Is tapping just a type of dancing?’

Those who knew that “no” was the answer to all three questions were familiar with the alternative meaning in the world of turning and milling. We invited them to whet their appetite for more at the machine shop.
