Job description
As (shift) head of assembly, you bear responsibility for the installation of our machinery at our customers’ premises.
This requires managing a team of 4-5 people.
You coach them to achieve the best result.
You communicate with the production planner and manager.
And, of course, you’re happy to roll up your sleeves yourself.
You ensure assembly and installation work is completed successfully.
You perform various machine operations: boring, filing, flattening, deburring, etc.
You record measurements and dimensions on materials and set out the necessary markings.
You perform quality checks.
Your profile
You have experience in the world of mechanical engineering and in managing a team.
On-site installation work is not daunting, but quite the contrary!
You read and understand assembly plans perfectly.
You are communicative and methodical.
Working independently or in a team? Not a problem for you!
You are meticulous and keen to deliver the best quality.
You already have your SOS-SCC (VOL-VCA) certificate or are willing to obtain it.
